About the Role
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales. Your primary focus will be on cold calling, lead generation, and CRM management to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Manage CRM data to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop joint sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and sales calls.
