Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune Division. The role involves driving new business development, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and managing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients Strong knowledge of Business operations and strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities Outstanding Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present proposals and negotiate effectively Proficiency in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in working both independently and collaboratively Proficient in CRM tools and sales platforms Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the financial services or technology sector is a plus
