About the Role

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Human Resources Operations Associate to join our growing Human Resources team.

This role is designed for an exceptional early-career professional who is eager to gain broad exposure across Human Resources, Internal Communications, Talent Programs, and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

• HR Operations & Analytics: Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and organizational metrics.
• Internal Communications: Support the development and distribution of employee communications, announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages.
• HR Programs & Initiatives: Participate in HR projects across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
