Data Analyst

About the Role

Data Analysts at TP play a crucial role in extracting insights from complex data sets to inform business decisions. They work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop data visualizations, and create reports that drive business growth. On a day-to-day basis, Data Analysts at TP spend most of their time analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating data-driven stories to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
• Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI and other tools to effectively communicate insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop data-driven strategies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business intelligence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write efficient queries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Python programming language, including data analysis and visualization libraries.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts, including data mining and machine learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
