Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Aurangabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing requirements. Daily tasks include partnering with department managers to assess hiring needs, posting job advertisements on relevant platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role will also focus on building a strong employer brand to ensure the company's reputation as a preferred workplace. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Qualifications Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining candidate records and ensuring compliance Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal teams Strong communication and negotiation skills for conducting interviews and extending job offers Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Experience in recruiting for technical or solar industry roles is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
