About the Role
As a Business Development & Sales Executive at TMD Software, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve lead generation, client communication, and negotiation to close deals. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote TMD Software's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools and international sales.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and software industry trends.
