Position: Telecaller

Location: Tanishq Store

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and schemes.

Invite customers to visit the store and schedule appointments.

Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

Update customer information and call records in the system.

Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the store team when required.

Achieve daily calling and customer engagement targets.
