Job Description
About the Role
As a Telesales Executive at THR Consultants, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and preferences, and to tailor your sales approach accordingly. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers over the phone, and using your persuasive abilities to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Identify and qualify new business leads, and develop strategies to convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and provide regular progress updates to the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall sales performance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers also welcome to apply)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (training provided)
