Our flagship product, Annie, is the world's first Braille literacy device that empowers visually impaired people to learn Braille independently in any medium of instruction. About the Role: As a Creatives & Marketing Intern at Thinkerbell Labs, your role will be central to helping us communicate our mission of making education inclusive and accessible for all. You will contribute across both creative design and marketing functions by helping shape campaigns, visual storytelling, digital content, and audience engagement initiatives. By combining creativity, marketing insight, and a strong understanding of inclusive communication, you will help create impactful experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. From designing accessible visuals to supporting campaigns and content strategy, your work will directly contribute to building awareness and driving meaningful social impact. We are looking for someone who is passionate, sincere, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across branding, content, design, and marketing while working on meaningful projects in the accessibility and education space. What You'll Do: Design accessible and visually engaging graphics, illustrations, presentations, and layouts for marketing materials and social media. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Create engaging content including social posts, infographics, videos, animations, and email creatives. Support market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, product, sales, and Learner's Experience teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Help organize and coordinate events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities. Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics to support data-driven improvements. Ensure all creative outputs align with Thinkerbell Labs brand guidelines and ethos of inclusivity. Incorporate accessibility best practices into designs and communication materials, especially for visually impaired audiences. Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs, campaigns, and content to improve effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, accessibility standards, marketing tools, and design best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Create persuasive and audience-focused copy that supports engagement, conversions, and storytelling. What You Bring: Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and design principles. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or social media management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Interest in accessibility, education, and social impact. Comfortable being camera-facing for content creation is a plus. Education and Experience: (If any) The applicant should have a degree or be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related fields. We are open to hiring students currently pursuing the degree (2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of college) Details: This internship is for 4-6 months.
