About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer ITSM + (HRSD / CSM / ITOM / ITAM / SPM / UI Builder at Think People Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and other modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless automation and workflow management.

Your primary focus will be on building and customizing ServiceNow applications, including UI Builder, to meet the business requirements of various departments. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM and other modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM applications.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless automation and workflow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve application development and maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITAM, SPM, and HRSD modules.
• UI Builder and scripting skills.
• Experience with integrations and automation.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
