About the Role
Role & Responsibilities Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/services information via phone, email. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and process efficiency.
