About the Role

This Operations Executive role involves working closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including conducting feedback calls with customers, dispatching products to various marketplaces, and managing inventory.

As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment, working on projects that showcase the beauty of Indian art forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feedback calls with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist in dispatching products to marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and our website.
• Manage inventory, including receiving and storing products, and ensuring timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using basic Excel skills.
• Support the operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
