As we continue expanding across digital platforms, we are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Trainee to manage and scale our Google advertising initiatives. We are looking for a result-oriented and data-focused Digital Marketing Specialist with solid experience in running Google Ads campaigns for D2C businesses. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, advertising budget management, and team coordination while driving improvements in ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing channels to maximise growth and campaign efficiency. Oversee monthly advertising spends of ₹10 Lakhs+ while ensuring effective allocation of budgets and strong return on investment. Create and enhance campaign structures to improve targeting accuracy, scalability, and conversion performance. Carry out keyword planning, competitor analysis, negative keyword optimisation, and ongoing A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies. Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, and prepare insightful reports with actionable optimisation strategies. Execute promotional campaigns for festive periods, seasonal events, and remarketing initiatives to improve customer acquisition and sales conversions. Collaborate with content, design, and creative teams to produce compelling advertising assets and provide performance-based recommendations for better campaign outcomes. Support and supervise junior marketing team members or interns by assigning responsibilities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
