Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist with practical experience in handling Google Ads for D2C brands. The role involves overseeing complete paid campaign operations, managing advertising budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve strong ROAS, lower CPA, and consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing channels to improve campaign effectiveness and sales growth. Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹10 Lakhs while ensuring efficient spending, profitability, and improved return on ad spend. Design, optimise, and scale campaign structures to enhance audience reach, targeting accuracy, and conversion outcomes. Conduct detailed keyword analysis, competitor research, negative keyword optimisation, and continuous testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding methods. Analyse campaign data and monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue while preparing performance reports with strategic recommendations. Plan and execute campaigns for festive sales, seasonal promotions, and remarketing activities to improve customer acquisition and overall conversions. Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop engaging ad assets and provide data-driven suggestions to improve campaign performance. Guide and manage a small team of marketing executives or interns by assigning responsibilities, reviewing progress, and ensuring timely completion of campaign tasks.
