Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for a fixed-term Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Wrexham (LL13 9UG). The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs and the role is fully office-based. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and motivated individual to support both Sales and Purchase Ledger activities within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. The role is initially offered on a 6-month temporary basis , with the potential to become permanent. As part of our Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting this vision by ensuring accurate, timely and well-controlled financial administration. Responsibilities As a member of the Finance team you will be directly contributing to this vision through your core tasks and responsibilities these will include, but are not limited to: Carrying out a hybrid of responsibilities across Sales and Purchase Ledger Producing and issuing sales invoices accurately and on time Recording and allocating sales ledger receipts correctly Investigating deductions and resolving billing queries and anomalies Chasing outstanding customer payments and maintaining strong customer relationships Using customer portals to raise queries and support account reconciliations Supporting other general finance administration tasks as required What would you need to demonstrate The successful candidate for this role will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and attributes: Experience working in a finance administration, sales ledger or purchase ledger role Confidence using customer portals and finance systems Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks A good aptitude for numbers Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment So, who are we If you haven't heard of us before we are a family owned and managed Craft Bakery producing an award-winning range of Bread, Morning Goods, Pies and gluten free products.
