What You'll Do Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn Turn raw ideas, podcasts, clips, and founder thoughts into high-retention content Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and short-form scripts Research trends, viral formats, creator strategies, and internet conversations Help build content systems for consistent publishing Work closely with the founder on content direction and execution Analyze metrics like retention, watch time, shares, saves, and click-through rates Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets Coordinate with editors, designers, and AI workflow systems What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content mechanics Good taste in content and editing pacing Ability to identify why content performs or fails Fast learner with high ownership Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc. Knows basic Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Strong written English and internet awareness Consumes creator/startup/business content regularly Bonus If You Already run a page/channel Understand meme culture and audience psychology Know basic video editing Have experience with AI-assisted content workflows Follow creators like Alex Hormozi, Ishan Sharma, or modern startup media brands What You'll Learn Real-world startup content operations Viral content frameworks AI-powered content workflows Audience building and distribution systems Founder-led brand building Performance-driven social media strategy Internship Details Location: On-site — Gomti Nagar Vistar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Duration: 3–6 Months Type: Internship Stipend: Based on skills and execution ability Joining: Immediate preferred
