Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our design team in creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The intern will assist in developing creative assets while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Understanding & Alignment Interpret design briefs shared by supervisors and understand brand requirements, identity, and target audience. Maintain a clear understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines to ensure all creative assets align with the brand identity and values. 2. Design Creation Develop static creative design layouts for marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital assets. Assist the team in creating visually engaging content for various digital platforms. 3. Research & Trend Analysis Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to create innovative and effective artwork. Conduct research on target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to support effective visual communication. 4. Time Management Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to internal turnaround times (TATs). 5. Operations & Compliance Follow internal processes and ensure adherence to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma . Strong creativity and attention to detail. Understanding of social media design formats and digital content. Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field .
