AI Trainer

About the Role

The AI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering in-person training programs on AI, Generative AI, and related technologies for students and professionals at partner institutions in Punjab, India.

This role involves creating curriculum and learning materials, leading workshops and labs, mentoring learners on projects, and providing continuous feedback to improve learning outcomes.

The AI Trainer will collaborate with academic and industry partners to align content with current market needs, support assessments and evaluations, and contribute to new initiatives within SmartBridge's AI-first skilling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver in-person training programs on AI, Generative AI, and related technologies for students and professionals.
• Develop curriculum and learning materials for AI training programs.
• Lead workshops and labs, and provide hands-on training to learners.
• Mentor learners on projects and provide continuous feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to align content with current market needs.
• Support assessments and evaluations of AI training programs.
• Contribute to new initiatives within SmartBridge's AI-first skilling ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, Generative AI models, and practical application of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python.
• Familiarity with data processing, model training, and evaluation.
• Experience designing or delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in AI, data science, or related domains.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with faculty and industry partners.
