About the Role

As a Customer Relations Executive at THE SILK AURA HR JYOTI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products to existing customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
