Sales Executive
About the Role
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets. Drive room bookings, banquet sales, conferences, and group reservations. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site inspections. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Adjust pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain strong brand presence in the local market. Promote loyalty programs and special packages. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems. Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. Freshers can also apply.
