Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating, developing, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, engaging with new and existing clients, and providing solutions using The Media Ant's advertising offerings. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver strategic advertising plans aligned with client goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Proficiency in market and client research techniques Ability to create tailored advertising strategies and solutions Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic environment Working knowledge of advertising media channels and digital trends is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in advertising or sales-related roles is an advantage
