Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and developing strategies to expand market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and nurturing client relationships, attending meetings to present tailored solutions, conducting market research, and meeting sales and revenue targets. Collaboration with the internal team to align client needs with company offerings is also key. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets Experience in client relationship management, business networking, and account management Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities to identify business opportunities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in business development or sales, ideally in the digital or technology sector, is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
