About the Role
This organization is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive fresher.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to generate business, and experience in managing the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in client visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
What You'll Need
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
