About the Role

This organization is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive fresher.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to generate business, and experience in managing the complete sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in client visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
