Role Description The Sales Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships for The Chennai Garden. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves showcasing our range of organic plants, assisting customers in selecting products, providing expert advice on plant care, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Location: Chennai Qualifications Customer engagement and sales skills to effectively assist customers and drive sales Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and organic farming practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage inventory and coordinate tasks effectively Passion for sustainability, nature, and promoting eco-friendly practices Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in an on-site retail environment Prior experience in sales or a gardening-related field is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in horticulture or related fields are a plus
