About the Role
As a Customer Support Quality Verifier at The Cake Town Baker's And Cafeteria, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer support team is providing high-quality service to our clients. This involves monitoring customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
You will work closely with the customer support team to understand their processes and procedures, and provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer interactions and identify areas for improvement in customer support processes.
- Provide feedback and guidance to customer support team members to help them improve their performance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that customer support team is meeting quality standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Support: Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Telecalling: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
- Quality Verification: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Certifications: Certification in customer service or quality assurance would be an asset.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
