About the Role
As an Admin Executive at Thatha Patti Elders Foundation, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data entry, documentation, and administrative support to the team. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, documentation, and communication.
- Ensure efficient office operations, including maintenance of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
