HR Assistant
About the Role
Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Coordinate employee onboarding formalities and documentation processes. Conduct employee induction programs for newly joined employees. Ensure timely closure of open positions based on project requirements and hiring timelines. Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate support and coordination. Conduct and coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately. Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring and HR-related requirements Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation willingness to Travel to different states Fluent in English and Hindi.
