Role Description The Business Solutions Advisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and recommending tailored business solutions for clients. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business needs, creating strategic recommendations, facilitating sales processes, collaborating with teams to deliver effective training solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to understand their pain points and delivering value through a mix of technology and professional development offerings. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business needs, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Background in Finance is desirable for understanding budgetary constraints and financial recommendations Proven ability in Sales, and Performance Marketing with a focus on business solutions, relationship building, and client acquisition Experience in designing and delivering Training programs, especially in professional certification or skill-building areas, is a plus A result-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Relevant experience in business consulting, sales, or technology services is preferred Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
