About the Role

As a Telecaller Executive at TestSeriesPro, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and educational partners to explain our test preparation platform and guide them through the enrollment or partnership process.

This role involves interacting with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our services and achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions from the provided database.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of TestSeriesPro offerings.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information over the phone.
  • Follow up with interested leads via call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Persuade potential users to register on the platform or schedule a demo.
  • Assist with feedback collection from users and institutions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
  • 0–2 years telecalling or customer service experience (Freshers can apply).
  • Fluency in English and regional languages preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in a goal-driven environment.
