About the Role

As an SAP SD Support professional at tesa, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers and internal stakeholders on SAP SD-related issues. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing and resolving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues via phone, email, or on-site visits

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for SAP SD-related issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SAP SD support or a related role
• Strong understanding of SAP SD modules, including sales order processing, billing, and delivery management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in SAP SD tools and technologies, including SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA
