About the Role
• Requirements Analysis:Conduct requirements gathering to understand the domain of the software problem, hardware-software interfaces and overall software characteristics.
• Software Coding:Use programming, scripting and/or database languages to write clean, maintainable software code.
• Testing & Debugging:Support software testing, debugging and correcting programming errors to improve product quality.
• Maintenance & Enhancements:Respond to scope changes, code software enhancements and assist with deployment and evolution activities.
• Best Practices:Apply software engineering best practices such as coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes and testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with senior engineers, QA and product teams to deliver high-quality software increments.
• Continuous Learning:Build foundational skills in software engineering, modern tooling and Teleperformance’s technology stack.
