About the Role
As a Hindi/Bengali Customer Service Associate at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in Hindi and Bengali languages via inbound calls.
Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer queries, addressing complaints, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in Hindi and Bengali languages.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions about company services.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and Bengali languages.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including CRM software.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Arts, Humanities, or Social Sciences).
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
