About the Role
The Business Development Executive (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
The person in this role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging prospective learners and corporate clients through calls, meetings, and digital outreach.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating lead databases
- Conducting follow-ups
- Presenting Teknowgrade's learning solutions
- Supporting account management activities to ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies, gather market feedback, and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets
What You'll Need
- Skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and support growth initiatives
- Lead Generation skills to research prospects, build pipelines, and qualify potential clients
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, present offerings, and handle queries
- Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support repeat business
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field)
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and comfort with using CRM or lead-tracking systems
