Odoo Functional Consultant (Bengaluru)

About the Role

In this role as an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be working closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then configuring the Odoo ERP system to meet those needs. This involves gathering requirements, creating business requirement documents, and functional requirement specifications, and then implementing the solutions in the Odoo system. You will also be responsible for providing user training and support to ensure that clients are able to effectively utilize the Odoo system.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Create business requirement documents and functional requirement specifications to document the client's needs and requirements.
• Configure the Odoo ERP system to meet the client's needs and requirements.
• Provide user training and support to clients to ensure they are able to effectively utilize the Odoo system.
• Test and troubleshoot the Odoo system to ensure it is functioning as expected.
• Provide client support and maintenance to ensure the Odoo system continues to meet the client's needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and functionality to ensure you are able to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business requirement documents, and functional requirement specifications.
• Experience with user training and support.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
