About the job We are looking for a highly driven AI Workflow Automation Intern to join our team and help automate productivity, reporting, and operational workflows. The focus is on building lightweight automations, dashboards, prompt-driven workflows, and operational efficiency tools that improve day-to-day executions. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving operational problems using technology, has strong logical thinking, understands prompt engineering concepts, and has built small automation or productivity projects independently. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify manual processes, automate workflows, and create measurable operational ROI week over week Designation: AI Workflow Automation Intern - 2025/2026 Graduates only Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: 6 Months Internship with PPO Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards for productivity, reporting, and operational tracking. Create prompt-driven workflows using tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms. Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts, no-code/low-code tools , APIs, spreadsheets, or workflow automation platforms. Integrate dashboards and automation workflows into internal AI Accelerators and operational systems. Analyze manual processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Work with stakeholders to improve visibility into team productivity and operational metrics. Develop lightweight internal tools or utilities to improve execution efficiency. Maintain documentation for workflows, prompts, dashboards, and automation logic. Continuously experiment with AI-enabled productivity improvements and operational automation use cases. Deliver measurable business impact through operational efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Completed or Pursuing Final Year) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science/Data Analytics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Strong Technical Background with analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong hands-on exposure to automation, dashboards, AI tools, prompting, or workflow optimization projects.
