About the Role

Technource is looking for a Fresher IT Recruiter who is passionate about identifying talent and building strong technology teams.

Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with HR and technical teams to understand hiring requirements and support the recruitment process for various technology roles.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate candidate suitability for different technical roles.
• Learn about technical recruitment, talent acquisition processes, and hiring workflows.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
