About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our IT Sales team to build or grow their career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Learn, understand, and confidently present Technource's IT services.
  • Research international markets and generate leads through various platforms.
  • Connect with prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to meetings, proposals, and closures.

What You'll Need

  • Strong interest in learning IT sales, international client communication, and sales processes.
  • Good English communication, presentation skills, confidence, and proactive attitude.
  • Understanding of modern technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, and React.js.
  • Exposure to domains like eCommerce, Real Estate, and EdTech.

Candidates with a technical background, MBA, or prior sales/calling experience will be preferred.
