About the Role

This Software Testing Trainee role is perfect for freshers who want to kick-start their career in Manual Software Testing. You'll work closely with developers to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to execute manual test cases and test scenarios, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and test scenarios to ensure software applications meet quality and functionality standards.
• Identify, log, and track bugs/defects clearly, providing detailed reports to the development team.
• Perform basic regression testing to ensure software applications remain stable and functional.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve issues and implement fixes.
• Prepare and maintain test reports and documentation to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software applications meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts, including functional testing and mobile app testing.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills to identify bugs and defects.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
• Freshers (0–6 months experience) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and testing environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow in QA/Testing.
