The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and support overall HR management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company protocols, resolving workplace issues, and contributing to talent acquisition and retention strategies. Qualifications Strong HR Management skills, including employee development and recruitment Proficiency in overseeing HR Operations and implementing efficient processes Expertise in managing Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative workplace environment Knowledge and experience in drafting, executing, and updating HR Policies Foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the marketing or security industry is an advantage
