About the Role

As an IT Admin at Techdome, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our software infrastructure. This includes managing network devices, maintaining system security, and implementing cloud technologies to support our growing business. You will work closely with our development teams to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect company data and systems.
• Configure and manage cloud technologies to support business needs.
• Provide technical support to development teams and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement endpoint management solutions to ensure secure and efficient use of company devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements to our infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
