Plant HR Executive (Female only with MSW)

About the Role

As a Plant HR Executive at Tech Weave International Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad. This includes managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.

As a female candidate with a Master's in Social Work (MSW), you will bring a unique perspective to our HR team and play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, including statutory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity
• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including grievances and conflicts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as payroll and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
