About the Role

As a Home Loan Sales professional at Teamup HR Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for home loan products. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of financial products, including home loans, and their features and benefits.
• Market knowledge and understanding of competitor activity.
• Lead generation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
