About the Role

As a Blinkit Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary duties will include picking and packing orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency, and working effectively in a team setting. You will be required to work rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, such as picking and packing orders
• Picker Packer: Experience in picking and packing orders, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Rotational Shifts: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying packages, for extended periods
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management) preferred
• Certifications: Forklift certification or other relevant certifications a plus
