About the Role

As a Blinkit Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the growth of the business. Your day-to-day tasks will involve scanning, picking, and packing products efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail to prevent errors. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently scan and pick products from shelves to meet customer demands.
• Accurately pack products to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Scanning and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 25 kg.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
