About the Role

Job Description — Business Development Associate (BDA) Company: Team Nerds Digital Location: Remote (India) — Work from home Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0–2 years What you'll be doing Your one job is to get qualified business owners on a call with our sales team. Every day, you'll be making 100–150 outbound cold calls to businesses in the US and Canada, introducing them to our services, handling objections, and booking discovery appointments. You will not be closing deals — you'll be opening doors. Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to US/Canada prospects Follow a structured calling script (we provide it — you refine it over time) Qualify leads based on defined criteria Book discovery or demo appointments for the senior sales team Log all call activity accurately in our CRM Meet daily and weekly appointment-booking targets What we're looking for Non-negotiable requirements: Excellent spoken English Prior experience speaking to international clients (US / Canada / UK / Australia) on the phone — this is mandatory, not preferred Willingness to work 7 PM – 4 AM IST, five days a week. Comfortable with cold calling as the primary daily activity Available to join within 10 days of selection Strongly preferred: Prior experience pitching or selling SEO, web design, SaaS, or digital marketing services to English-speaking markets Self-motivated Basic requirements: 0–2 years of total work experience in a sales or calling role Stable internet connection (20 Mbps+), working headset, and a quiet home workspace What we offer Performance incentives on every qualified appointment booked — top performers earn substantially above base 100% remote, work from home Direct exposure to US and Canadian business operations Clear growth path into a closing or account management role for those who perform How to apply Fill out our application form completely and honestly.
