Job Description — Business Development Associate (BDA) Company: Team Nerds Digital Location: Remote (India) — Work from home Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0–2 years What you'll be doing Your one job is to get qualified business owners on a call with our sales team. Every day, you'll be making 100–150 outbound cold calls to businesses in the US and Canada, introducing them to our services, handling objections, and booking discovery appointments. You will not be closing deals — you'll be opening doors. Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to US/Canada prospects Follow a structured calling script (we provide it — you refine it over time) Qualify leads based on defined criteria Book discovery or demo appointments for the senior sales team Log all call activity accurately in our CRM Meet daily and weekly appointment-booking targets What we're looking for Non-negotiable requirements: Excellent spoken English Prior experience speaking to international clients (US / Canada / UK / Australia) on the phone — this is mandatory, not preferred Willingness to work 7 PM – 4 AM IST, five days a week.
