Manage vendor relationships and oversee logistics to ensure smooth event operations. Coordinate with school staff and volunteers to facilitate event setup and execution. Develop and maintain event schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clarity and preparedness.
