As a Legal Intern, you will support the legal and administrative team by managing contract documentation, maintaining legal databases, reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting with compliance-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Update contracts in SharePoint
- Maintain the Matter Diary on Tymetrix
- Support contract execution through Docusign
- Conduct legal and contract-related research
- Compile and maintain legal data and contract metadata
- Log contractual obligations and coordinate with business owners
- Proofread legal documents
- Review contracts and maintain documentation
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
What You'll Need
- BA
- LLB (5-Year Integrated Course)
