SAP Consultant

About the Role

As an SAP Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP software solutions for clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of SAP systems with existing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to optimize business performance.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP software solutions for clients, including setting up new systems, integrating with existing infrastructure, and ensuring data migration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize business performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams on SAP software solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP software releases, updates, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• SAP software knowledge and experience, preferably in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BW.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and improve them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Associate or SAP Certified Professional.
