Java Fullstack Developer

About the Role

As a Java Fullstack Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot. You will work on backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration of microservices and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.

Your primary focus will be on building scalable and efficient software solutions using RESTful services, JSON/XML, and messaging tools like Kafka and MQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement scalable and efficient frontend solutions using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Develop RESTful services and APIs using JSON/XML and messaging tools like Kafka and MQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with frontend development using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, JSON/XML, and messaging tools like Kafka and MQ.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
