About the Role
As an HR Intern at Tamizha Media Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process. This includes posting job openings on relevant platforms, screening resumes to identify top candidates, and coordinating with the interview panel to schedule and conduct interviews.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the company's culture and values, and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and company websites.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements and company needs.
- Coordinate with the interview panel to schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications and interview processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in various tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's recruitment processes and policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Human Resources principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
